I created a promo video for talented tattoo artist, Justin Martin Del Campo.
Video was shot with a Sony A7riii with a combination of Sony Zeiss 35mm, Sony 85mm, and Tamron 28-75. I used the ambient lighting only. I cut the video on my M1 12.9” iPad Pro in LumaFusion. All clips shot at 120fps 1080p.
I was in search of a clock with a large numerical interface to easily track time while working in my studio, and this clock perfectly met my needs. The large digital display, coupled with the ever-present backlight, makes it incredibly easy to read from a distance. Furthermore, the clearly displayed date information is very useful. The addition of temperature and humidity readouts serves as a convenient quick reference. The clock can be powered either via USB or batteries (3 x AAA). I recommend inserting batteries even if you plan to use a USB power source, to prevent losing your settings in the event of a power outage.
However, there are a few things to bear in mind.
The temperature accuracy can deviate by as much as 5 degrees, and a similar discrepancy can occur with the humidity readout. Although a handy feature for a quick reference, I wouldn’t rely on it if you require precise measurements.
The unit comes with a DC barrel-to-USB-A cable. This might not pose a problem unless you lose the cable, as it’s not a standard type and could be challenging to replace.
The unit doesn’t retain settings when power is disconnected.
The backlight remains on when powered via USB, but if solely battery-operated, it only stays lit for a few seconds.
In conclusion, I would recommend this digital clock to those who need an easy-to-read display. It truly shines when powered via USB, as the backlight can then remain on consistently.

High-Capacity Battery Pack Delivers Great Value, Efficiency, and Versatile Charging Options
The Falamiao 2 Packs 6040mAh 3.65V Lithium-Ion Rechargeable Battery and USB Charging Station is an excellent addition for Ring device users.
The batteries are advertised with a capacity of 22.046Wh. However, as with all batteries, achieving 100% of the advertised capacity is rarely possible due to various factors such as the efficiency of the charging process and the energy loss during discharging. In my own measurements, I found they deliver around 20.336Wh, which equates to about 92% of the advertised capacity. This is quite impressive and provides a substantial amount of energy, ensuring your Ring device stays operational for a good duration.
One of the standout features of this pack is the included charging station. It allows for simultaneous charging of two batteries, which is incredibly convenient. Moreover, the charging station comes with an integrated USB-A charging cable and also features a micro USB port for those who prefer to connect their own cables. You can have one battery in use while the other charges, ensuring your Ring device is never without power. Keep in mind that it takes about 8 hours to fully charge a battery, so you’ll need to plan your charging schedule accordingly.
This battery pack offers excellent value. The performance of these batteries is comparable to the original Ring batteries, but at a more affordable price point.
However, ensure these batteries are compatible with your Ring device. They are suitable for a variety of Ring models, including doorbell cameras 2/3/4 and several ring camera batteries, but they’re not appropriate for the Spotlight Pro/Plus, Stick Up Cam, or the Pro 2022 model.
In conclusion, the Falamiao battery pack is a solid investment for those looking to keep their Ring devices powered up without interruption. It delivers high capacity, efficient charging, and versatile charging options, making it a worthwhile consideration for Ring device users.
