Project Ramos Community Terms of Service

Effective September 22, 2026

These terms apply when you use Project Ramos Community, operated by Project Ramos, including its community stream, comments, profiles, media, livestream features, and related applications.

Using the Community

You may browse public content without creating a password. Features such as commenting and reminders may require Apple or Google sign-in and the permissions shown to you at the time. Participating in YouTube Live Chat may require a separate Google authorization. You are responsible for activity performed through your connected accounts and for keeping those accounts secure.

You must follow applicable law, the Project Ramos community guidelines, and the rules of any connected service. Do not post unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, malicious, or privacy-invasive material; impersonate another person; evade moderation; attack the service; or automate access in a way that disrupts the Community.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you create. You give Project Ramos permission to host, display, format, distribute, and preserve that content as needed to operate and promote the Community. You confirm that you have the rights needed to share it.

Project Ramos may remove, restrict, or preserve content and may suspend access when reasonably needed for moderation, security, legal compliance, or reliable operation.

YouTube and other services

YouTube video and Live Chat are provided by YouTube. Messages sent through Project Ramos Live are posted to the actual YouTube Live Chat using the YouTube identity you authorize. Your use of those features is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Other linked services have their own terms and policies.

Availability and changes

Project Ramos may change, pause, or discontinue features, including integrations that depend on third-party services. Livestream schedules, reminders, notifications, metadata, and availability are not guaranteed. The Community may use reasonable limits to protect reliability, security, and third-party API quotas.

Educational information

Project Ramos content reflects projects, tests, observations, and opinions. Consider your own circumstances, product instructions, and qualified professional advice before acting on technical, financial, medical, legal, electrical, automotive, or safety-sensitive information.

Disclaimer and responsibility

The Community is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Project Ramos does not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Project Ramos is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Community or third-party services.

Privacy and updates

The Project Ramos Community Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. These terms may be updated as the service changes; the effective date will identify the current version. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.

Community safety and zero-tolerance policy

Project Ramos Community has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Member comments are automatically filtered and held for review before they can appear publicly.

Members can report a comment and block its author from the comment itself. Blocking immediately removes that member’s content from the blocker’s view and alerts Project Ramos moderation. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Content that violates these rules is removed, and abusive users are suspended or permanently removed from the Community.

By signing in, you agree that you will not post harassment, threats, hate, sexual or graphic material, spam, impersonation, illegal content, private information, or other abusive or objectionable material. See the Community Guidelines for the complete participation rules.
